Friends Group

Friends of Borderland is a volunteer nonprofit, incorporated in 1972, that helps DCR preserve and interpret the park and the Ames Mansion. It runs the three-floor mansion tours and events such as the car show and haunted hayride.

Disc Golf Course

The disc golf course is run by the volunteer Borderland Disc Golf Club.
